Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify and define talent needs required to drive company growth
  • Leading/Driving development & execution of recruiting strategies for various positions, including both technical & non-technical roles
  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of avenues, ensuring we’re identifying top talent in the industry

Required Skills:

  • B.A./B.S. Degree or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of the recruiting life cycle, from candidate development to client management
  • Strong business acumen, possessing a firm understanding of the competitive talent market
  • Knowledge of the US high tech and enterprise software market
  • 3 to 6+ years of Recruiting experience
