Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies based on sourcing, role, and business acumen and driven by data and market conditions
- Building and maintaining talent communities and talent pipelines for critical skill areas through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
- Demonstrating excellent research and hunting skills
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years healthcare recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting RNs, LPNs, NPs Behavioral Therapists
- 3-5 years full-cycle sourcing/recruiting experience
