Job Summary
Effective negotiation and influencing skills is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Must be able to:
- Develop strong partnerships with director-and-executive-level hiring managers
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting of high-level leadership, staff, and faculty positions
- Advise/coach managers on interview and selection techniques, staffing policies, and procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years professional experience in customer service or sales
