Job Summary
A financial institution has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Become experts in recruiting top corporate talent in the Financial Services and FinTech industries
- Creatively source candidates utilizing resources
- Manage the entire recruiting life cycle
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment
- An out-of-the-box outreach strategy to engage with passive candidates
- Expert use and manipulation of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever or Greenhouse
- A proactive approach to delivering talent to hiring managers
- Have experience using advanced negotiation and closing techniques
- Intermediate to advanced interviewing skills
