Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving hiring strategies and full-cycle recruiting
- Becoming a power user of Comeet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to drive efficiency in the recruiting process
- Building a deep understanding of our teams and forge strong relationships with those team members and hiring managers
Qualifications Include:
- 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or in-house setting
- Experience coaching hiring managers, guiding them through the whole recruiting process
- A solution-oriented mindset – You see potential challenges as opportunities to learn and grow and apply creative solutions
