Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies
  • Building and maintaining talent communities and talent pipelines
  • Demonstrating excellent research and hunting skills

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years full-cycle sourcing/recruiting experience
  • Minimum 2 year healthcare recruiting experience
  • The energy and organizational skills to work at startup volumes and pace
  • A passion for prospecting, finding talent and closing the deal
  • Experience with modern recruiting technologies and sourcing tools
