Job Summary
An enterprise networking and security company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Implement and execute full life cycle recruitment
- Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners
- Develop candidate assessments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years recruiting experience
- Previous full-cycle recruiting experience at an agency or technology company
- Direct knowledge of networking, SaaS, network security, SD-WAN or SASE
- Working knowledge using an ATS for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- Ability to sell the value of role, company, manager, and team
- Proven success in recruiting technical and non-technical candidates
