Job Summary

An environmental planning and consulting firm is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting full cycle recruiting efforts for environmental focused job openings
  • Performing University (interns, New College Graduate) recruiting
  • Reviewing and phoning interview applicants

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a HR, Business Administration, or other related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience recruiting with demonstrated ability to recruit remotely in multiple geographies along with varying levels of positions
  • Proficiency with various internet search engines including LinkedIn, Boolean search and ATS software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with all levels internal organization
  • Knowledge and understanding of OFCCP compliance
