Job Summary
An environmental planning and consulting firm is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting full cycle recruiting efforts for environmental focused job openings
- Performing University (interns, New College Graduate) recruiting
- Reviewing and phoning interview applicants
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a HR, Business Administration, or other related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience recruiting with demonstrated ability to recruit remotely in multiple geographies along with varying levels of positions
- Proficiency with various internet search engines including LinkedIn, Boolean search and ATS software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with all levels internal organization
- Knowledge and understanding of OFCCP compliance
