Job Summary

A technology consulting and solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

Must be able to:

• Work as a full cycle corporate recruiter
• Work with hiring managers to gain an in-depth understanding of job specifications
• Compose and update job descriptions and job postings; maintain job specification database

Qualifications Include:

• Experience with handling a large number of requirements at all times
• Proven track record as a top producing recruiter within Engineering / High Tech
• Excellent detail oriented, customer service and organization skills
• Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment
• Familiarity with partnering with hiring managers to identify initial needs through candidate hire
