A visual arts technology company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing recruitment pipeline from outreach, candidate management, through to offer and close
- Supporting positive candidate experience, and advising candidates through the pipeline with speed and accuracy
Required Skills:
- Able to work East Coast hours
- 3+ years of experience; recruitment agency and/or internal recruitment experience
- Strong track record of closing talent and supporting a high volume of hiring needs
