Job Summary
A cloud solutions distribution company has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Must be able to:
- Act as point of contact with internal hiring managers
- Recruit qualified candidates for professional and technical positions
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership in keeping current with recruiting trends
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Two to four years' progressive recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS organization
- Broad demonstrated knowledge and understanding of corporate recruiting processes
- B.S./B.A. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
