Job Summary
A software developer is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing strong relationships with HR
- Collaborating with our Sourcing Team to create a high potential pool of candidates and make recommendations
- Meeting recruitment goals through having a thorough understanding of business needs and expectations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 5 years in-house or agency Recruitment Experience required
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Understanding the fast-paced nature of recruitment and working with a sense of urgency
- Proficient at passive candidate sourcing, including Boolean LinkedIn Searches
- Ability to conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate capability
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking system(s) and ability to learn new software and processes
