Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Creatively identify, source and interview a diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Advise leadership and hiring managers on hiring decisions
  • Manage the hiring process end-to-end

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting with a minimum of 1 year of in-house recruiting
  • Proven results delivering passive candidates
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with any ATS
  • Experience within a high-growth, venture backed tech company
