A technology company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creatively identify, source and interview a diverse pipeline of candidates
- Advise leadership and hiring managers on hiring decisions
- Manage the hiring process end-to-end
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting with a minimum of 1 year of in-house recruiting
- Proven results delivering passive candidates
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with any ATS
- Experience within a high-growth, venture backed tech company
