Job Summary
A data technology company has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing candidates from job boards, databases, social media and proactively attract talent to openings
- Maintaining job postings for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external sources
- Prescreening applicants and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Communication, or a closely related field
- 1+ years of experience direct sourcing candidates
- Knowledge of full cycle recruitment processes, laws and regulations
- Exhibit the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
