Job Summary

A travel services company is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner in Charlotte.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and implement effective TA sourcing and recruiting plans
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions
  • Actively source talent using creative recruiting techniques

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience
  • Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or relevant field of study or appropriate work experience
  • Experience developing and implementing effective proactive and reactive sourcing strategies
  • Knowledge of online hiring practices, behavioral-based interviewing and assessment techniques
  • Demonstrates knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition as a function
