Job Summary
A travel services company is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner in Charlotte.
Must be able to:
- Develop and implement effective TA sourcing and recruiting plans
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions
- Actively source talent using creative recruiting techniques
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience
- Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or relevant field of study or appropriate work experience
- Experience developing and implementing effective proactive and reactive sourcing strategies
- Knowledge of online hiring practices, behavioral-based interviewing and assessment techniques
- Demonstrates knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition as a function
