A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Program Manager.

  • Leading CRM roll out and work closely with all project teams
  • Creating a process designed for each hiring workflow
  • Managing timelines, deadlines, and milestones of projects

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 10+ years Program Management Experience
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with geographically dispersed teams
  • 5+ years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience of building strong relationships with senior leadership
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple requests
