Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter to source and select talent for sales, marketing, and operations positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify, engage, and screen top talent for direct hire and temporary roles
  • Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction with recruitment services
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or staffing, preferably within a retained search or staffing firm
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and business development goals
  • Ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics and project progress
  • Knowledge of the sales, marketing, and operations job market is a plus
