A non-profit Catholic healthcare system needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Be accountable for full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing, and hiring of caregivers
- Develop and lead focused recruitment strategies based on department and organizational needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in related field; or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of five years recruiting experience
- Experience using various sourcing techniques including the Internet, advertising, networking and community resources
