Job Summary
An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing comprehensive targeted research to identify qualified candidates via internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts, and other research personnel
- Overseeing all pre-employment requirements (Background investigations, reference checks, drug testing, credit checks, fingerprinting, etc.) to ensure compliance and proper applicant status progression for record maintenance
- Accurately maintaining recruiting data by timely dis-positioning and reporting
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years recruiting and interviewing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Excellent customer service skills and building rapport with employees, management, and vendors
- Ability to express innovative thoughts/ideas with regard to recruiting and overall employee experience
- ATS Experience - preferably ICIMS experience
