Job Summary
A contract research organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitating recruiting process with hiring manager
- Maintaining open communication with supervisors and managers in determining recruiting needs
- Sourcing candidates, evaluating current and new sourcing opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- Associates or Bachelors degree (or country equivalent) in Human Resources
- 4-5 years of related experience
- Able to source candidates creatively and determine new and unique approaches
- Able to interact and build relationships with candidates and at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices, laws and regulations
- Strong basic computer skills and understanding of applicant tracking systems
