Job Summary

A contract research organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Facilitating recruiting process with hiring manager
• Maintaining open communication with supervisors and managers in determining recruiting needs
• Sourcing candidates, evaluating current and new sourcing opportunities

Position Requirements Include:

• Associates or Bachelors degree (or country equivalent) in Human Resources
• 4-5 years of related experience
• Able to source candidates creatively and determine new and unique approaches
• Able to interact and build relationships with candidates and at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of Human Resources practices, laws and regulations
• Strong basic computer skills and understanding of applicant tracking systems
