A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter Partner in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building strong trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers
• Developing and implementing recruiting strategies for various regional locations/ franchises
• Developing an active pool of candidates who are ready to meet the needs of our national franchise network

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• A passion for recruiting with a combination of corporate and employment agency experience
• Demonstrated experience in building respected relationships with clients and candidates
• Adept at managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• High level of computer literacy
