Job Summary
A cannabis industry e-commerce provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with company’s business objectives
- Partnering closely with the leadership team, cross functional hiring teams and the TA team to unite on key objectives
- Managing the optimization of our recruiting technology stack, building efficiencies with a focus on improving ROI
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience leading a recruiting function in a hyper-growth tech startup
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership position
- Ability and desire to collaborate across teams and lead a team that’s highly engaged throughout the organization
- Experience using data and analytics to measure outcomes, gain insights, and make informed decisions sharing this data with key stakeholders
- Ability to perform recruiting capacity planning and balance hiring resources to ensure the right resource allocation to support the global business
- Ability to create inclusive talent acquisition strategies, having a focus on Diversity and Inclusion across all our roles and markets and through our hiring processes
