Job Summary

A provider of mortgage services is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Senior Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop strategies using various sourcing techniques
• Establish relationships with outside sources - ad agencies, placement firms, etc
• Ensures a reliable pipeline of qualified candidates is maintained

Skills and Requirements Include:

• BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
• Experience in Acquisition Management
• Familiar with MS Office softwares
• Excellent analytical skills and great problem-solving skills
• Great leader with effective communication skills
