Job Summary
A provider of mortgage services is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Senior Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop strategies using various sourcing techniques
- Establish relationships with outside sources - ad agencies, placement firms, etc
- Ensures a reliable pipeline of qualified candidates is maintained
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in Acquisition Management
- Familiar with MS Office softwares
- Excellent analytical skills and great problem-solving skills
- Great leader with effective communication skills
