Job Summary
A privately-held staffing and recruiting firm has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with recruiting team to develop and execute on a comprehensive engagement strategy
- Create and own a process to leverage the networks of employees, drive referrals and generate warm leads
- Provide performance metrics and data to identify areas of improvement in recruiting process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-7 years of sourcing experience
- Recent experience hiring for Sales profiles (Commercial/Growth/Enterprise)
- Experience with high-volume (preferably in the events model)
- Strong sourcing skills
- Corporate or Agency Experience
