Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with hiring managers and recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies
- Identifying potential candidates through the use of internet searches, user groups, candidate referrals and networking
- Reaching out to and engaging passive talent
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 1 year sourcing experience in a tech and non tech environment
- Experience building sourcing strategies with hiring managers and recruiting partners
- Experience screening resumes to match qualification
