Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and foster talent pools and pipelines of qualified talent
- Build active and passive sourcing strategies centered around our inside sales organization
- Create programs and campaigns that drive referrals and networking opportunities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sourcing role
- Understanding of the full recruitment and candidate lifecycle
- Experience building, implementing, and scaling sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Proficient utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, amongst other technologies, as a sourcing tool
- Strong business acumen and communication skills to partner, consult, and build relationships
