Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and foster talent pools and pipelines of qualified talent
  • Build active and passive sourcing strategies centered around our inside sales organization
  • Create programs and campaigns that drive referrals and networking opportunities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sourcing role
  • Understanding of the full recruitment and candidate lifecycle
  • Experience building, implementing, and scaling sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Proficient utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, amongst other technologies, as a sourcing tool
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills to partner, consult, and build relationships
