Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer and Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a pool of qualified and diverse candidates in advance of hiring needs for frequently recruited positions
- Source both active and passive candidates through a variety of methods
- Work together with the recruiter and hiring manager to define candidate personas
Position Requirements Include:
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems
- One year of professional experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role in the HR department
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization and coordination skills
- Strong sales skills
