Job Summary

A scientific research company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer and Recruiter in Reston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing recruiting support across multiple proposals and stakeholders
  • Attracting and recruiting top talent
  • Utilizing candidate relationship management skills to identify, qualify, and maintain a candidate pipeline

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 25% travel
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 plus years of talent acquisition experience (additional experience in lieu of degree)
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies
  • Experienced in building, cultivating and sustaining networks of qualified, passive candidates
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Success in applying recruiting fundamentals
