A cloud services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer in Englewood Cliffs.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Search various channels to reach potential candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Promoting Employer Brand and support events
- Developing and executing innovative & comprehensive sourcing strategies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required
- Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and Social Media platforms
- Proven experience in identifying top candidates
- Experience working and documenting with ATS systems
