Job Summary

is a financial indemnity company. needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing, training and leading a team of corporate sourcers responsible for building a diverse candidate pool through a variety of traditional and innovative methods
  • Defining, tracking and adhering to department KPI’s associated with program success
  • Developing creative sourcing plans to include traditional, networking and web-based strategies

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 6+ years of experience in recruiting/sourcing both non-exempt and exempt level positions
  • Experience with multiple recruiting software platforms and/or CRM systems such as: Taleo, MyStaffingPro, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, ICIMS, Workday
  • Experience designing and implementing models to find applicants for hard to fill positions
  • Demonstrated high skills in critical thinking, flexibility, and negotiations
  • Ability to periodically travel to other facilities and/or locations
