Job Summary
A Christian child advocacy ministry has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Access niche platforms (such as Github and Behance) to find the best talent
- Serve as an advisor to both recruiters and hiring managers regarding the relevant and competitive talent landscapes
- Use candidate relationship management skills to identify, qualify, and maintain candidate pipelines across all of company's countries
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proactive drive to identify the best talent for current and anticipated needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and other Human Resources management software
