Job Summary
A demand generation and customer-engagement services company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Partner with the TA Managers and Recruiters to maintain a solid understanding of all open programs and clients
- Match candidates with the best fit program based on their skills, experience, current classes and business priority
- Assist in developing a process for and maintaining a future pipeline pool of candidates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ year of high-volume recruitment experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and applicant tracking systems
- Strong analytical mindset, problem solving ability, and ability to make decisions under pressure
- High level of interest in data and technology
- Ability to think creatively, proposing solutions to help our team be more efficient and effective
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels
