SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the ttcInnovations' HR team, tasked with engaging and sourcing ttcInnovations' consultant and employee needs with qualified talent. The day-to-day tasks include: creating role descriptions, sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting the interview process, facilitating offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise across sourcing and recruitment in a contract setting. This position requires high EQ, skillful organization and negotiation along with a strong presence.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Source, identify and engage talent for ttcInnovations' internal contract network, staff augmentation and employment needs
+ Organize and manage the talent selection process through a full-cycle candidate process (sourcing through hire).
+ Manage the postings on both external and internal job postings
+ Review candidate resumes and applications
+Screen and interview qualified candidates
+ Complete documentation and maintain recruitment records
+ Create and maintain excellent working relationships and transparency to cross-functional departments and partners to identify hiring needs
+ Systems Administration including adhering to workflow guides and maintaining data quality and
accuracy
+ Utilize job boards, social media, online sourcing tools and methods to source talent
+ Collaborate within HR department to prioritize and improve sourcing and recruitment strategies
+ Provide outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while supporting a culture of innovation, quality, responsiveness and integrity

EXPERIENCE + SKILLS
+ Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent through various recruitment channels
+ Ability to recruit in a contract environment with fluency across recruitment trends, compliance and workflows
+ Strong familiarity with utilizing an Application Tracking System (ATS)
+ Proven history of forming strong partnerships with cross-functional partners and hiring managers
+ 4+ years of experience in recruitment or equivalent
+ Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Familiarity with the training industry and/or the hiring of L+D roles preferred
