Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience or 6+ years in a related high-volume, performance-based environment
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred) and calendar tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet performance goals
  • Experience with onboarding coordination and interview logistics is a plus
