Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Drive hiring results by meeting monthly goals and building a qualified candidate pipeline
- Facilitate interviews and manage logistics, including scheduling and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience or 6+ years in a related high-volume, performance-based environment
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred) and calendar tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet performance goals
- Experience with onboarding coordination and interview logistics is a plus
