Job Summary
To support the recruitment of field-level security roles, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage requisitions within an ATS, screen and interview applicants, and collaborate with management to enhance recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor requisitions and conduct screenings and interviews for candidates
- Utilize dashboards and resume searches to source applicants and create hiring profiles for various markets
- Assist in addressing recruitment challenges in difficult markets and recommend improvements to management
Required qualifications
- Associates Degree or 2 years of progressively responsible, related experience; equivalent experience may be considered
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective recruiting strategies
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
- Self-directed with the capability to meet multiple deadlines
