Job Summary

To support the recruitment of field-level security roles, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage requisitions within an ATS, screen and interview applicants, and collaborate with management to enhance recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor requisitions and conduct screenings and interviews for candidates
  • Utilize dashboards and resume searches to source applicants and create hiring profiles for various markets
  • Assist in addressing recruitment challenges in difficult markets and recommend improvements to management
Required qualifications
  • Associates Degree or 2 years of progressively responsible, related experience; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective recruiting strategies
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • Self-directed with the capability to meet multiple deadlines
