Job Summary
To support a growing recruiting practice, the part-time Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for client accounts, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and source qualified candidates while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for client accounts, from intake through offer
- Partner directly with client hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates while managing candidate experience and communication
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in SaaS
- Experience supporting early-stage or scaling companies
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- Experience hiring for both geographically specific locations and fully remote roles
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to work independently on multiple searches
