Job Summary

To support a growing recruiting practice, the part-time Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for client accounts, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and source qualified candidates while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for client accounts, from intake through offer
  • Partner directly with client hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates while managing candidate experience and communication
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in SaaS
  • Experience supporting early-stage or scaling companies
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms
  • Experience hiring for both geographically specific locations and fully remote roles
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to work independently on multiple searches
