Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies in support of the recruitment team
- Conducting extensive sourcing of passive candidates
- Documenting and cataloging potential candidates for open searches
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attends meetings with recruiters when necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years full life-cycle recruitment experience required
- Prior sourcing experience in both executive search firm/staffing agencies and corporate settings
- Advanced research and sourcing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
