Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing and managing full-cycle recruiting efforts for the entire organization
  • Identifying, engaging, assessing, and hiring talent
  • Recruiting a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical positions for the business

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience utilizing different recruiting sources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, HealtheCareers, etc
  • Ability to effectively partner with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive partnerships with stakeholders, candidates, and HR colleagues
