Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Filling open positions by getting requisitions entered and posting positions
  • Managing a broad candidate data base from entry level to seasoned applicants
  • Managing job postings and candidate stages in the Applicant Tracking System

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years’ experience successfully recruiting professional candidates for all levels
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Superior customer service skills
