Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Filling open positions by getting requisitions entered and posting positions
- Managing a broad candidate data base from entry level to seasoned applicants
- Managing job postings and candidate stages in the Applicant Tracking System
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years’ experience successfully recruiting professional candidates for all levels
- Working knowledge of employment laws, concepts, practices, and procedures
- Superior customer service skills
