An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company employment policies and programs
- Manage the life cycle of recruiting through the administration of the Recruitment Management System
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to find and connect with active and passive talent
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent
- Three or more years of experience recruiting in the high-tech space
- A strong desire to make the right fit for both the company and the candidate
- Team player who can work successfully with all levels within the organization in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a high level of creativity and excellent verbal and written communication skills
