Job Summary
A technology solution for busy eCommerce sellers is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ddetermining needs and conduct recruiting strategy meetings
- Performing Full Cycle recruiting for a variety of openings
- Proactively sourcing and identifying talent using traditional and non-traditional resources
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner with at least 1 year in-house
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews for a variety of roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
