Job Summary
A substance abuse recovery organization has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborating with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Sourcing candidates using creative and diverse strategies, such as social networking, online searches, recruiting databases, conferences and events, and employee referrals
- Identifying and implementing efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
Qualifications for this position include:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
- At least five years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process. Experience in corporate and/or healthcare recruiting
- Passionate about talent, recruiting and inspiring candidates to want to be part of our amazing team and mission.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Can keep multiple searches going at any given time, and never let balls drop. You understand that successful recruiting means paying attention to the details requiring a high level of organization
