Job Summary
An insurance technology company is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving the development and delivery of internal resources that foster a talent mindset
- Creating reporting disciplines and structure to create transparency
- Overseeing vendor and agency relationships, contract terms, contract negotiations and fulfillment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrates the ability to work well with colleagues and clients and with external organizations
- Experience recruiting candidates with React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript
- Experience recruiting candidates with Microsoft Certification with SQL, SSIS, SSRS, or Power BI
- Experience recruiting candidates with Agile software development processes
- Experience recruiting candidates with Cloud technologies, specifically deploying SaaS in AWS
- Demonstrates commitment to personal responsibility and value for safety and respect; communicates concerns
