A health sciences company is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working directly with hiring managers to educate and coordinate contractor/consultant needs
  • Updating and tracking contractor reporting spreadsheet to ensure integrity
  • Submitting and validating background check for new hires

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school degree or GED
  • Minimum 2-3 years of past administrative/coordination experience
  • Proven experience in handling confidential information with complete discretion and maturity
