Job Summary
A business management and consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Specialize in providing small businesses and government contractors with compliance and operational support
- Source, screen, and recommend candidates for hire
- Identify opportunities to build applicant pools
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with 3+ years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proven knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Demonstrated keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Ability to develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
