Job Summary
A marketing and analytics firm is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Consulting with hiring managers on position descriptions, requisition creation
- Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Recruiting and performing talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Two- or four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques
- Experience in online/social media recruiting
- Excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems
