Job Summary

A marketing and analytics firm is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Consulting with hiring managers on position descriptions, requisition creation
  • Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Recruiting and performing talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Two- or four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques
  • Experience in online/social media recruiting
  • Excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems
