Job Summary
A business consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping increase brand awareness through successful sourcing efforts and posting strategies
- Evolving our interviewer best practices to ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Assisting with sourcing and resume screening for potential candidates from various sources
Qualifications for this position include:
- An interest in technology with an aptitude to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
- Incredibly organized with excellent detail oriented and follow through skills
- Experience working in a high-volume role, as a recruiter, filling technical roles such as System Engineers, Software Developers, etc.
- Proven ability to work well in and contribute to a team environment
