A clean energy solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning full-lifecycle recruiting responsibilities for corporate teams

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition (sourcing, coordinating, recruiting) ideally in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Commitment to providing a positive, inclusive, and equitable experience to all candidates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Greenhouse (ATS) is a plus
