A retail and healthy living company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining, designing and managing search engagements
  • Recommending recruitment strategies
  • Recruiting both active and passive candidates

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of e-commerce retail B2C recruiting experience
  • 3+ years experience recruiting for both technical and leadership roles
  • Track record sourcing both passive and active candidates with creative multi channel sourcing
  • Excellent time management, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
