- Sourcing, engaging, maintaining, and closing a strong candidate pipeline for open positions
- Shepherding candidates through the process in a friendly and professional manner
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Expert multi-tasker with the ability to balance urgency and thoroughness
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, frequently changing, and high-performance environment
- Tech-savvy and can work consistently within our ATS system and G-suite
